Photo Delivery Text Terms

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms apply to the Event Shutter Photo Delivery text program operated by Matthew Adams. The program sends transactional texts when purchased event photo galleries are ready, with a link to view and download the photos. It does not send marketing or promotional texts.

How to opt in

Guests may opt in using the separate, optional SMS checkbox shown with the phone-number field. The box is unchecked by default. The text program is also explained verbally at the event. SMS consent is not required to purchase photos. Guests who do not opt in can receive their photo link by email.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on photo orders and resends. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email hauntphotos@gmail.com. After opting out, no further photo delivery texts will be sent unless the guest opts in again.

Delivery

Text delivery depends on mobile carriers and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
